What happens to my Karshare Credits if my booking is cancelled?

We treat our Karshare Credits just like regular money. If your booking is cancelled by the car owner and you made the booking using Credits, we will return them to your account with the original expiry date.

If you cancel your rental booking, you will receive a full, partial or no refund in Karshare Credits, according to our cancellation policy.
