If you have gone through all the steps to start your rental and you are now in the car and unable to start the engine, this is likely an issue with the car's immobilizer.
If this has happened to you, please follow the steps below to rectify this and get on your way:

Remove the dummy key from the ignition (if the car is push button start then ignore this step)

Tap the "Engine not starting" button on the app which will disable to immobilizer

Try starting the engine again

If this has not worked, please remove the dummy key again

Press the "Lock" button and the press the "Unlock button" which will also disable to immobilizer
