If you are going to be late returning the vehicle, you must extend your booking.
How can I extend my booking?
Simply open the Karshare app, click on the 'Extend' button and select a new date&time.
What do I do if I'm unable to extend my booking?
If you are unable to do that please follow the steps below:

Check you have enough money on your card to pay for any extension.

If you are unable to do this you must call customer support immediately using the phone number provided in the app.
