We will attempt to contact renters if the car has not been returned at the specified time.
If our 3rd attempt to contact the renter is unsuccessful, we will charge renters £25 per hour for each hour after the specified rental return time.
We will also charge a £25 fee for owner inconvenience as well as a £25 admin charge.
If the car needs to be recovered, the renter will be liable for a recovery fee of £100-£500 depending on how far away the car is from the return destination.
