We try to capture the rental deposit of £250 48 hours before the rental is due to start. If you see a failed deposit notification this means we were unable to capture the funds. It's important the issue is quickly fixed and the app will not allow the rental to start until the deposit is successfully captured.
Often the issue is due to insufficient funds on the card. To fix this please top up the funds on your card from another bank account or try a different card. You'll need to go to the rental booking details where you will see the deposit section. If you still see a failed deposit and you have enough funds in your account please check with your bank.

Your deposit will be returned within 7 working days from the end of your rental booking as long as there is no damage found on the car which will require investigation.
