We try to capture the rental deposit 48 hours before the rental is due to start.
If you see a failed deposit notification this means we were unable to capture the funds. It's important the issue is quickly fixed and the app will not allow the rental to start until the deposit is successfully captured. Often, the issue is because there are insufficient funds on the card. To fix this please top up the funds on your card from another bank account or try a different card.
How do I know if my deposit has been successfully captured?
You'll need to go to the rental booking details where you'll see the deposit section. If you still see a failed deposit warning and you have enough funds in your account, please check with your bank.
