If you are having trouble unlocking or locking the car this is likely caused by a Bluetooth connection problem between your phone and the car. To rectify this, please follow the steps below:

Please ensure that your Bluetooth permissions are allowed for the Karshare app

Turn off your Bluetooth and turn it back on again

Please check if you can now unlock and lock the car

If not, please try logging out of the app, closing the app, reopening the app and then logging back in
